MC Development LLC is focused on implementation of four types of projects:

1. New molecule (-s) and unknown target (-s): start if inventor demonstrates data confirming the principal hypothesis for molecule and target in researches in vitro or in vivo.
2. New molecule (-s) and known target (-s): start if inventor demonstrates data confirming the principal hypothesis for molecule in researches in vitro or in vivo.
3. Known molecule (-s) and unknown target (-s): start if inventor demonstrates data confirming the principal hypothesis for target in researches in vitro or in vivo.
4. Known molecule (-s) and known target (-s), but new technology or method of delivery of molecule: start if inventor demonstrates data confirming the principal hypothesis for technology or method of delivery of molecule in researches in vitro and in vivo.

As far as the projects of the types listed above are concerned, MC Deleopment LLC will be making contribution in varying degrees, such contribution in general being comprised of the following:

• Coordination and monitoring of project;
• Control and evaluation of risks;
• Protection of intellectual property rights;
• Development of business model, legal strategy, etc.;
• Researches in vitro and in vivo;
• Pharmacokinetics and estimation of efficiency in vivo;
• Pre-clinical studies;
• Clinical trials;
• Pharmaceutical development;
• Transfer of technology to industrial partner’s manufacturing site.
