Stage 1. Presentation of potential project to MC Development LLC. Usually, such presentation can contain the following information: data on molecule, target and disease, list of conducted studies with brief conclusions, available patents and patent applications, analogous pharmaceuticals and expected advantages over them, own publications on the relevant topic, list of support grants, preliminary conditions of cooperation.
Stage 2. Preliminary estimation of project within the company. Presented project materials will undergo in MC Development LLC analysis along scientific, market, intellectual and business lines. This could take up to 2 weeks.
Stage 3. Taking of decision on in-depth analysis of project. Decision can be positive, and then MC Development LLC will offer to sign an agreement on confidentiality, as well as an agreement on intentions. Should the decision be negative, then we will present justification of reasons for refusal, and, in some cases, we will give recommendations on refinement of project.
Stage 4. In-depth analysis of project. Usually, MC Development LLC will need for such analysis all the project materials that developers possess (reports, expert opinions, records, patent applications, project research plans, possible requests for additional studies).
Stage 5. Taking of decision on the basis of results of in-depth analysis of project. Decision can be positive, and then MC Development LLC will offer to sign a contract for joint implementation of project, with stipulation of the principal conditions of cooperation (those related to finance and intellectual property). Should the decision be negative, then we will give detailed explanations of the reasons for refusal, or request additional project data for repeated analysis.
